Made with marcona almond from the Mediterranean, burned sugar, egg yolk.

This is cream nougat with a special touch. It is about toasting a layer of sugar in the nougat. Once the cream toast is ready, powdered sugar on both sides of the nougat. At this point the sugar is burned.

The result is a nougat with the touch of burned sugar. It is one of the most popular nougat currently.
